How to Apply Eyeliner

• Begin by washing your face and putting on moisturizer.

• If you use eye-shadow, apply that first.

• Then, put on an eye primer to help your eyeliner stay in place.

• Start at the inner corner of your eye and gently draw a line along your upper lash line with light strokes.

• When you reach the outer corner, you can make the line thicker if you want.

• For a complete look, line the outer half of your lower lash line, and you can smudge it a little for a softer look.

• Finally, add some mascara to finish your eye makeup.

How to Remove Eyeliner 

• You’ll need cotton sticks and either, water or an oil-based makeup remover. Cotton swabs are usually referred to. 

• First, soak one end of the cotton swab with the remover, and make sure it’s wet but not dripping. 

• Gently wipe the swab along your lash line and waterline. If the eyeliner starts to blur, it means it’s coming off. 

• Once one side of the swab is covered in makeup, flip it to the other side and do the same until the eyeliner is gone. 

• If some eyeliner is still there, use a wet cotton pad to clean the area.
